Most orders will be shipped the same day that the order is received. If you order an AMPatch with a custom hole, or, place your order late in the day, it may take us an additional day to produce and/or ship it. Please remember that weekend days and some holidays are not considered shipping days. The methods of shipping we offer are UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, US Postal Service Priority Mail and US Postal Service Express Mail. Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we will attempt to contact you to attempt redelivery. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. If you enter an incorrect or outdated shipping address, or order the wrong item, all return and reship costs will be at the your expense. If you cancel an order after it has shipped, you are still responsible for paying the outbound freight costs, return freight costs and the items until they have been returned.

Please call us if you are located in a country other than the United States of America.  The AMPatch is a Class I Medical Device, and therefore, many countries have regulations that prevent us from filling orders directly for customers without meeting foreign licensing requirements.  We are more than happy to work with a distributor of medical products that is licensed in your country.

AMPatches with custom cut holes may not be returned or exchanged. Catheters may not be returned or exchanged. Sale! items may not be returned or exchanged.  Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of damaged merchandise. Credit will only be allowed if returned or exchanged merchandise is in resalable condition and permission to return the merchandise has been requested and granted prior to any returns or exchanges within one year of date of purchase.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVERCARD.  When you purchase an item and check out, you pay immediately, online. Included in your payment is a pre-calculated fee for shipping.  When you order 6 or more items, you will receive a discount of $1 per catheter, and $2 per box of AMPatch Stoma Covers at checkout. Volume discount does not apply to SALE items.

Neither Purchase Order submissions nor their fulfillment constitute a binding agreement or contract between Austin Medical Products and the Distributor, unless expressly agreed to in writing by both parties. Austin Medical Products does not agree to or accept any terms or conditions imposed by Distributors upon acceptance or fulfillment of purchase orders.
