Austin Medical Products, Inc. is an essential business. We are continuing to manufacture the AMPatch, and we are available to take and ship orders for all of our customers. At this time, however, we are not fully staffed, which may lead to a short delay in orders. Where we typically ship orders the same day, or the next day, we may need several days to ship custom or large orders. If an order must be delayed, we can provide expedited shipping as needed.

At Austin Medical Products, health and safety are our top priority. As the world responds to COVID-19, we want to share with you the steps we are taking to protect our customers, employees, and products.
We are actively monitoring and following protocol standards from the CDC, WHO, and state and federal authorities:
• Asking employees to stay home if they are sick, have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19, or if they have recently traveled to an area identified by the CDC as warranting self-quarantine.
• Advising employees to notify a supervisor and adhere to CDC and WHO protocol in the event that they have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus.
• Emphasizing hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette (i.e. providing adequate supplies and frequent opportunities for using alcohol-based hand sanitizer and soap and water, and providing masks as needed).
• Supplementing routine cleaning and disinfection of offices and production areas with additional sanitizing of frequently used/touched surfaces.
Austin Medical Products will continue to process and ship on the same day or next day of your order, while materials are in stock. We have taken proactive measures to manage and closely monitor supply and demand of crucial materials. We will update our website with any changes that may impact business operations.
